I dude that guy looks amazingly kick ass. I always was a fan of the glowing eyes. Plus the axe is cool too. I noticed you put the left eye layer over the body layer. I would suggest putting it under it.

thank you!! i made drafts for a seahorse, a shark, a dolphin, an octopus, a jellyfish, a squid, and the same type of fish as doryfrom finding nemo, and the seahorse and the jellyfish were my top two. i originally wasn't going to do a jellyfish because the seahorse had more decor and effects, but i felt like it was too predictable and the jellyfish made is as unique as the manga :3
